Who we are
DSCR Rate Table (dscratetable.com) is operated by NestNavigator, LLC. This policy describes what we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: privacy@nestnavigator.io.
What we collect
- Information you give us: the email address you enter when signing up for alerts.
- Identifiers: first-party cookies set by this site (see Cookies & Tracking below). If you arrived from one of our emails, the link may include a campaign token that identifies you as the recipient, which we use to know our outreach reached you.
- Usage data: pages viewed, approximate visit times, browser type, and similar analytics data, collected by analytics software that we host ourselves. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on this site.
Where it comes from
Directly from you; automatically from your device when you visit; and, for some of our outreach, contact information acquired from third-party data providers.
How we use it
To provide the service you asked for, to respond to your requests, to understand whether our outreach and sites are working, to comply with law, and to prevent abuse.
How we share your information
We do not sell or share your personal information. We use service providers (such as hosting) that process data on our behalf under contractual limits, and we may disclose information when required by law.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets first-party cookies only, scoped to this domain: campaign
attribution cookies (prefixed track_, kept up to 30 days) and
cookies used by our self-hosted analytics. We do not load third-party
advertising or social-media trackers. You can clear or block cookies in
your browser; the site keeps working without them.
Retention
Visit-attribution records from email campaign links are kept at most 90 days. Signup and request records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and are deleted on request as described below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@nestnavigator.io from the address you used with us — we will verify and respond within the timeframe the law requires, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date.
